Tickets for the concert on Sunday, November 29th are *this* close to being sold out. Yea! So....if you planning on coming down, please go to the Players Ensemble website and buy your ticket before they are all gone.
I was down at Mikey's Juke Joint tonight, for the first time. It is very conveniently located on a nexus of one way streets such that there is only ONE way to get there. Luckily for me, I only drove the wrong way down a one-way street once trying to find it ~laugh~, yikes. To save anyone else the fun excitement of wrong ways on wrong streets, approach from the south, get on 11 Ave SW going West and right before 10 Ave, there it is. Funny, I have driven by it a million times and never noticed. heh.
