On April 26, 2015 a horrific earthquake, 7.8 in magnitude, occurred in Kathmandu, Nepal. Nepal continues to suffer from this tragic natural disaster. More than 10,000 people were killed and countless others are still trapped. Countless children lost their homes and parents. On May 16, 2015 Calgarians will come together to show these children that they are not alone!
